Jessica, a top-of-the-class flight attendant with a fierce penchant for hospitality and customer service, was chosen to join the ranks of the First & Business class kitchen crew. There she worked along side chefs carefully creating a wide array of dishes for passengers with deep expectations. The kitchen, the pressure, the rewarding satisfaction from guests. It was almost love at first flight.
As a global traveller, inspiration struck often and struck hard. Day dreams in the kitchen left much to desire. Though an incredible challenge, the only next logical step to arrive at was to step off the plane and open a restaurant. Jessica departed from her job, began rigorous recipe testing and enlisted the help of her husband James, and his brother Jason.
J’s Cuisine is the culmination of day dreams turned into reality. Through thick & thin and a strong helping of faith & perseverance, they managed to find the perfect location to share their favorite Korean comfort foods with local flavors. Embark on this new journey with them, starting March 2017! I’ve had the pleasure of working with the J’s and look forward to their continued success.
